PT SK Metalindo is currently carrying out fabrication work on a separator for the Limau Project as a vendor for PT Bahana Karya Mandiri, with Pertamina EP Zone 4 as the client. A separator is a critical piece of equipment in oil and gas production facilities that helps separate produced fluids into several phases—such as oil, gas, and water—thereby supporting the facility’s processing and operational activities more effectively.

In this project, PT SK Metalindo is carrying out the separator fabrication process in accordance with established technical specifications and quality requirements. The scope of work covers various fabrication stages, ranging from material preparation and inspection, cutting, forming, fit-up, welding, inspection, testing, to final quality control.

Each stage of the work is carried out through a structured quality control process to ensure the integrity of the structure and welded joints, dimensional accuracy, and the conformity of the fabricated components with project requirements. Inspection and testing processes are also conducted in accordance with applicable procedures and technical requirements to ensure the quality and reliability of the equipment before it is used in operational facilities.

The Separator – Limau Project is located at the Limau Field in Prabumulih, South Sumatra, with a contract period from April through July 2026, and is currently still in progress. Through this project, PT SK Metalindo continues to develop its expertise and experience in the fabrication of process equipment for the Oil & Gas industry, and is committed to producing high-quality, reliable products that meet the required technical and safety standards.
